Beautiful experience created for children to learn as well as enjoy. Every parent is made to feel like family. The teacher and master Kasturi Send Bhuniya makes sure to connect with each student and guide them to overcome their musical weaknesses, build on their strength and set a high standard for them. Highlight of the year is the annual recital which is a grand show where the littlest and the oldest perform, showcasing what they have learned. It's not just a music learning platform, it's also a place where children build confidence to face a larger audience. My son looks forward to his music class every week, and so do I.

Great school to start learning Hindustani classical music / sugam sangeet. The teacher is a passionate singer and pays extra attention to ensure that the students understand the basics before jumping onto teaching something new. She is very knowledgeable, fun-loving and very friendly. I like her approach of teaching a regional song in the student’s regional language. That’s very thoughtful of her.
I would highly recommend this school for anyone interested in learning Hindustani classical music.

I started learning music at Parampara along with my then 7-year old daughter, 4 years ago. What started as a mid-life crisis experiment ended up being a passion. Kasturi-di is hands-down the best music teacher I have seen. The mix of compassion, engagement and ability to generate interest, coupled with her passion for quality, differentiates her from the rest. The result is evident in the student performances in the annual recital events. The students learn at a high pace, and simultaneously develop a lifelong love of music. They also have the opportunity to appear in annual examinations, and earn certificates from a reputed institute in India.

This is a great school to learn Hindustani classical, Rabindrasangeet and Bengali folk songs. I am fortunate to have spent two beautiful years in the tutelage of the teacher, Kasturi di, learning all of these forms in varying degrees. She has been very patient and is passionate about her teaching as well as her performances. There is a lot of emphasis on perfecting your performance skills along with the learning, with tremendous support for pursuing certifications in music. One of the best experiences for me till date. I hope to continue learning from her over the web in due course.

Music lessons here usually come with hot tea, vegetable chop, daaler bora and occasionally goat meat. Leaving such “distractions” aside, I think Kasturi’s style of teaching is fabulous ..... gadha pitiye goru actually kora jaye ....
